"This is one of worst hotels we have stayed at. It is not well maintained. Window blinds have stain and holes / torn. Air conditioning vent has broken grills. It is ok to have broken vent grills; at least realign the broken parts and make it look nice. The door frame has some damage. I think, hotel management needs to visit other hotels to have some base line of what a hotel should look. Initially the wifi didn't work for us. I had to work with the front desk and tried different options. It started working for no apparent reason later. Breakfast was ok. Parking was good. Another example on lack of maintenance was the elevators. One of the cars was in repair. That was ok. The working elevator car was old and had very confusing buttons. The button for the floor 2 didn't light up to indicate it had been pressed so we pressed other button-looking squares nearby to try. In addition, the button has to be pressed really to register. I finally figured it out by pressing other floor's buttons that lighted up so that I at least know which part to press hard on. Luckily we only need to stay there for one day to attend an activity nearby."

"0 stars. I would strongly advise against staying here. I booked this property because the online photos appeared decent, but the actual conditions were unsafe, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented. The property felt unsafe immediately upon arrival, with loitering individuals watching guests and suspicious activity around the motel. In the back parking area, there were visible bullet holes on exterior doors that had not even been repaired. Foul decay odors surrounding property. The first room had a strong mold/mildew and smoke odor, excessive dust, roaches, stained bedding, broken furniture, and large gashes in the ceiling with visible mold and exposed wiring. The pillowcases had brown stains on both sides, and the comforter had multiple cigarette burn holes. Roaches were visible in the room and bathroom area. After I complained, staff showed me a second room that initially looked slightly better, but roaches soon fell from the ceiling. The room also had a missing smoke detector with exposed wires, no proper door seal, and no functioning security latch, making it feel extremely unsafe. I was traveling with my minor child and did not feel safe staying under these conditions. I immediately requested a refund and did not stay overnight, but management refused to refund the charge because I had briefly used the restroom and was in the room for about 10 minutes."
