"Didn’t use the cute screened-in lanai because it was so humid. But the AC was perfect! Great non-slip material on all those stairs. Perfect security car entrance, security gate. Nice motion activated lights for the property, stairs, and hallways. Room was spotless. Having a fridge, microwave, Keurig, paper plates, utensils, dishwashing soap sponge sure made eating cost friendly and convenient. Almost got to see the volcano eruption but the Park was closed. Loved not having kooky-loos to worry about and could open the drapes for natural light. "

"Really hidden away - follow the rutted road around the corner and there is the green beach house. Very old style - no air conditioner but excellent breezes through windows. You need to bring your own kitchen spices, oils, sugar, etc. wish there was a grill. It was easy to track in dirt , even if shoes are removed. A mop would have been appreciated. Short walk around house to the ocean in a quiet cove. Excellent stay"

"Great view of the ocean, just past the parking lot. Due to the coqui frogs and the park street lamps, please consider providing ear plugs and sleep masks. Good coffe, one cup per day, at this price point seems a bit slim. Actual cutlery and plates would be a nice upgrade. Access to the ocean is very, very good!"
