"Honest review! I would have given this hotel 5* review but one thing let us down. Room was spotless had a fridge everything you need, staff were very helpful. The thing that let me down was luggage hold. We asked a staff member if we could leave our baggage for a few hours before we moved on, the lady on reception said that was no problem and said it would be secure and free of charge, we said we were more than happy to leave some money when we got back anyway as as thank you. So olwe put our suitcase in a little room.that was locked after us perfect! Upon our return a few customers were in the hotel and the baggage room door was wide open with our case just waiting for someone to take. We took it out and never mentioned this to anyone as they obviously bothered who took it. Very disappointed."

"We loved our stay and only wish we had longer. Everything was so well done, from the pre-stay communication through to all the tiny, thoughtful touches in the apartment. The location was excellent too. Wholeheartedly recommend, if only everywhere could be like this."

"Overall, a very nice hostel! The location is convenient, only about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. During my stay, it was quiet, definitely not a party-hostel vibe. My only negatives were that the couch in the room was pretty gross (I personally wouldn’t sit on it), and the beds didn’t have privacy curtains. I always appreciate when hostels have curtains around each bed. Great option when on a budget :)"

"Waitressing staff were amazing and so lovely, as was the pool with plenty of sun beds. The food was incredible and we hugely enjoyed the breakfasts and all the dishes we ordered over the course of the week. Gym and spa facilities were tired and paper towels etc were not topped up once during that week in the gym bathrooms. There also was no air con in the gym for the last few days of the holiday which had broken and wasn’t fixed. Reception day staff were less friendly and did not seem to want to help book transfers and taxis which was a shame, buy all in all a lovely stay."
