"Fran, Eva, Katia, Anna, Nikolai, and Kacper were an outstanding entertainment team. They created an atmosphere that made it easy for both children and adults to join in the fun. Fran had a special talent for getting the adults involved in activities like water polo and the pool parties, making everyone feel welcome to participate. "Very family friendly hotel. Just a few blocks from Alcudia beach. Staff were very helpful. Even got a little gift for my birthday (hadn’t even told them !)."
"We picked this hotel because of it's position between the beach and the strip. The position was perfect, right in the heart of the area but not loud. The hotel itself was immaculate, the food was great and the staff were amazing. Allowed in before check in time, always helpful. The hotel was quiet and the entertainment was poorly attended but this was because of the excellent site it was in with so much going on you didn't need entertainment. "Très jolie chambre avec rangement suffisant, la vue piscine était très bien mais au premier étage c'est beaucoup trop bruyant. Tous les equipements étaient parfait, le petit déjeuner buffet un délice, il y a de tout vraiment. Il y a eu un oubli de ménage et changement de serviette une fois mais à part cela c'était top. L'hotel est bien situé proche de la plage, des petits commerces et restaurants."

Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem eingezäunten Garten (mit Tor zum Poolgarten). Das war wirklich unschlagbar.
Einziges Minus ist das Couchsofa (ausklappbar), da die Matratze sehr dünn und durchgelegen war.
Das Frühstück hat viel Auswahl, aber ist leider sehr laut und voll.
Das Personal ist aber überall sehr freundlich."
