Villa Sunset is a modern holiday home located just a few kilometres from Pore and its inviting sea. The villa is located in Fukulin, close to a shop, a traditional Istrian tavern, a first-class winery and cycle paths. The villa offers a beautiful outdoor area with a refreshing pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy al fresco meals and a barbecue. Enjoy friendly competitions with access to an indoor squash court shared with guests from the other half of the house. Two car parking spaces are also available. Inside, Villa Sunset offers a contemporary interior with modern bathrooms. The ground floor comprises a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a study and a bathroom. The first floor has three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring both comfort and privacy. This blend of modern comfort and tranquil surroundings promises an unforgettable holiday experience. Pore is just a short drive away, where you can admire the Basilica of Euphrasia, a stunning 6th century masterpiece. Pore's rich cultural heritage includes massive city walls, charming stone streets with cosy restaurants and souvenir shops and a picturesque harbour promenade that invites you to stroll. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 or under.
