This comfortable house for 6-8 guests is set in the village Dračevac, 9 km from Poreč.

The house was built in 2007 and equipped with new and modern furniture. On its own 500 sqm property it offers its guests an outdoor pool, well maintained garden with lounge set and barbecue, covered terrace with dining facilities, playground and private parking.



With a living space of 135 sqm, on the ground floor there is a living room with SAT-TV and sofa bed for 2 guests, dining table, media room with sofa bed for 1 guest and SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen, shower/toilet and smaller pantry with washing machine. From the living room there is access to the terrace with a dining table and comfortable seating overlooking the pool. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, a shower/WC. The house has air conditioning on both floors. The interior and the garden have been partially refurbished for the summer season 2020.



NOTE: Smaller pets up to a maximum of 10 kg are allowed. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
