"enjoyed our stay and their excellent breakfast!"

"Ultimately, it was a nice place and it had a great view, but we could never figure out how to turn on and work the climate control system and we asked for help and never got it. We asked multiple times and they assured us we would get help, but we never did. This place only gives you one pillow, which is a very, very, very small pillow per person and very minimal towels and no water. Also they charge you additional for parking. "- Cramped room that was way smaller than it looked in the photos. - Drain that would not go down properly. - Unfriendly host who was extremely difficult to reach. - Host failed to provide important information. - No housekeeping or cleaning service at all, even during a long-term stay. - Inefficient room layout: it is so narrow that you have to walk sideways like a crab just to move around the room. - Inconvenient check-in and check-out system. - Extremely noisy neighborhood due to ongoing...

"Location was good , Address not very clear on street , and entrance is From back side , not mentioned on wall . Kitchen very small , lack of microwave and toaster . Other wise ok ."

"Absolutely perfect. Super clean and new. Very big apartment with all the comfort. The location is perfect. Near shopping center and near tram and bus stop. Price very very good. Staff is very kind."

"I am satisfied with the apartment."

"Habitación limpia"

"The room was very spacious and clean. The apartment is right in heart of city centre. The only drawback was the checkin process is little complex with message they provide confused us with apartment number and building number. However they were still available late night to help us. Overall I highly recommend this for families visiting Wroclaw "

We found this quite disappointing, as we had specifically chosen the room based on the photos. However, the receptionist was very accommodating and changed our...
