You can see the staff are trying well the reception staff, but you can also feel the pain as they must constantly feel they have to apologise for the state of the place. I spoke to the hotel on the phone, during the day I was going to check in, as I had not received the check in codes to enter the hotel. There is no one at reception after 5pm.
