Sleeping arrangements
Designed to host up to eight guests, the home includes three bedrooms and four beds across multiple levels. The main floor features two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for families or friends traveling together. An adjoining sleeping area with a full-size bed provides a cozy spot for children or extra guests. Upstairs, the Light Keepers Suite offers a serene hideaway with a queen bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette overlooking both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Outdoor living
Step from the sunroom onto spacious decks where you can breathe in the salt air and listen to the steady rhythm of the surf. Enjoy relaxed evenings with a meal from the BBQ grill or unwind in the seating area surrounded by the sound of the sea. A second deck provides additional space to lounge or stargaze on clear coastal nights.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen features granite countertops, a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and beverage center. With all the essentials for cooking and dining, you can prepare simple meals or enjoy local seafood at the dining table or breakfast bar.

Comfort & convenience
Guests have access to air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and a TV with standard cable. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and iron for longer stays. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
