"The Palace Hotel, although pricey, was worth it for location, breakfast that was included daily and the Patio Garden restaurant was excellent! The ferry doc and ticket booth were right across the street which made it easy to use the ferry to get around the lake. The staff was excellent and helping make dinner reservations, suggest nearby restaurants to try, book our private boat tour, and also booked a private transfer for us back to Milan. We were extremely impressed when a Maserati arrived for a private transfer. The room was awesome even though we did not have a view of the lake, that did not bother us since we were only using it to sleep. They advertise the room as having a double bed, the to our surprise. It was a king-size bed! Would definitely stay here again"

"The Hotel is right in the center where all the action is. It's few steps away from the ferry services. The hotel staff is very nice always ready to help you and make recommendations ."

"Like-Location, pool and location and front staff. Dislikes, for a $1000. a night charge no closet was provided. The shower was a slip hazard, we had to lay towels down to prevent slipping. Not allowed to order drinks at the bar, when there was no activity."

"Great hotel with a large rooftop terrace and medium pool & pool bar. A 20min reasonably flat walk down to the lake. A Ramen, Sushi & supermarket close by. Good breakfast.. nothing fancy but everything you want for a continental breakfast. Lovely breakfast room. Staff at reception very helpful."

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"
