Clarisses House II, a Home in Madeira

Clarisse's House II is a self-contained home for two, with sea views, in a rural setting near the town of Ponta do Sol, with its own terrace to unwind — a quiet choice for those who enjoy nature and the surrounding levadas.

The accommodation is approximately 50 m² and consists of one bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90 × 200 cm). The bedroom includes a sofa and TV. There is also a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with table and chairs. There is free parking on the property.

It also includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, air conditioning in the bedroom, a heater, Wi-Fi, a TV with international channels and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The accommodation is located in a rural area 315 m above sea level and 3.5 km from the town of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach, restaurants and cafés.

The start of the Levada do Moinho is 200 m away and the Levada Nova 600 m away, both recommended walking routes with fabulous scenery.

Ponta do Sol lies in the south-west of the island, the area of Madeira with the best weather conditions.

A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurisilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

A car is recommended; the property has access to the main roads.

There is a road nearby, so there may be traffic noise, which is reduced by closing the windows.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects and small lizards is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
