The front desk staff was beyond rude. Our check in staff was kind and courteous , however the evening staff (a couple) greeted us rudely. After experiencing her outburst regarding our extremely well mannered Golden Retrievers, we laid awake most of the evening, contemplating packing up and leaving Days Inn. We were very upfront regarding our dogs. We never, ever tried to “SNEAK” them in. As Senior Citizens, and a disabled Veteran we totally live by the rules. At check out, the ranting, over the top desk clerk, started a conversation regarding that fact that we
felt we were treated poorly. We couldn’t understand what she was saying, but she most certainly never offered an apology.
The language barrier was difficult, and perhaps her customer service skills would benefit with some peer coaching.
