"I liked the modern touches in the remodel. Had a very comfortable bed, slept great. Their restaurant was so so. We arrived early and asked for a $15 early arrival fee which we declined and sat out in their nice patio area for about 45 mins when Juan came out and said he would wave the fee."

"This was a charming lodge set up right beside the ski lift on the mountain! Although we visited during the summer, it was an amazing experience. There are tons of amenities included at the lodge which made our stay exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here."

As one of the guests said at the breakfast table, Pollock Pines is "the gateway" to many beautiful hiking trails. The area is absolutely gorgeous. No wonder so much of this area is national forest.
