El Vora Mar Beachfront Apartment is an elegant and cosy seafront apartment that is perfectly located right in front of the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa. With sensational views and a wide range of nearby services, this apartment combines a privileged location with modern amenities and can accommodate up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms.Inside, the large open and air-conditioned living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, armchairs, dining table, WiFi and satellite TV. The large patio doors lead to the private terrace with sea views, furnished and ideal for enjoying a drink while enjoying the beautiful landscape. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and another single. The double room has direct access to the terrace and offers beautiful sea views. There are 2 bathrooms (with bath and shower on the top floor): one is attached to the single room and the other is shared between the 2 remaining bedrooms.Thanks to its location, this apartment is also perfect for guests who do not want to depend on a car during their holidays, as all services are practically just around the corner!Air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.The tourist tax is included in the rates.Important information to keep in mind:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
