Staff were absolutely excellent and made you feel very welcome. Room was compact but perfectly adequate. Come Inn is a budget hotel as reflected in the price, but provided everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Good budget stay.

Well located just off the motorway with regular bus services (#1 or 17) to Poitiers centre. Variety of eateries in the area too. Hotel appears tired from the outside and could do with some tlc! Inside areas are clean, including the basic but perfectly good bedrooms. Staff are helpful and friendly with any questions.

Clean and functional hotel

Clean and functional hotel for an overnight stop on our way down to South of Spain. The room was a good size. Bathroom was clean and functional. Good water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff. Great price for an overnight stop- we were happy.

The place was clean, it might be a little bit outdated, friendly staff. Easy to park. Unfortunately, they were doing a bit of construction, so it was a bit hard to get in. We were not told that we had to turn the lights on so we were unaware when we went to our room and it kinda looked like we were walking into a death trap.

We wanted to stay to the west of Poitiers and this hotel was just right. A minor problem with the WiFI was quickly sorted.

Room smelt of smoke , snot on the wall , dirty and now the real bad bit , we went for food downstairs a man who was on reception also serves the food and also cooks the food I think only he was there , we got a bowl each of pink chicken in a red sauce , warm glass of beer which took 30 mins for him to pour , we stayed here as a stop over on our way to Spain , honestly just sleep in your car it’s nicer and my car certainly isn’t nice.

Nobody at reception when we arrived a 4pm, then had to ask for towels and they tried to charge extra for our 2 small dogs which should be free as stated when bookinh. Nothing around hotel as it is on an industrial estate had to drive to find a shop and restaurant, then at 1.30am when asleep someone tried to enter the room with a key, very frightening we had to shout to scare them off, no sleep was had after this and nobody around in morning to complain to. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ich kann die positiven Bewertungen nicht verstehen . Ein schreckliches Hotel , Sauberkeit mangelhaft Ausstattung…. Naja, Geruch im Bad nicht angenehm! Personal (was wir gesehen haben) war soweit sehr freundlich. Werde mir das Hotel aber kein zweites mal antun! Frühstück war auch sehr begrenzt!
