Vacances famille

tres belles vacances, emplacement au top, très belles chambres, très spatieux. cuisine séparée vraiment top, il manquait juste un peu de vaisselle, quelques assiettes supplementaires, des plats, de bons couteaux.Grande piscine avec une belle terrasse.de beaux iguanes, de beaux lézards, des colibris. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour.

Séjour en famille

Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et ont répondu rapidement à nos demandes. La vue est magnifique et les lits très confortables. Pour notre part, il manquerait quelques items dans la cuisine pour simplifier son usage et le nettoyage de celle-ci et quelques oreillers supplémentaires. Sinon tout était bien!

Magnifique

Un grand merci pour votre accueil chaleureux, nous avons apprécié les fruits et autres présents pour notre premier petit déjeuner. La maison est spacieuse, confortable, très bien équipée , la terrasse idéale pour se détendre face à la mer... La piscine est agréable, nous repartons ravis de notre séjour.

Vue spectaculaire

L'accueil par les propriétaires fut très aimable et l'apartment comme décrit sur internet (minus une toilette qui ne fonctionnait que "manuellement"). A part ce petit minus, nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques. L'apartment est très spacieux et il y a une très grande terrasse avec une vue absolument spectaculaire sur la mer et les montagnes. La piscine est très agréable. Le jour de notre départ, les propriétaires ont été très aimables et flexibles et nous ont permis de rester dans l'apartment au-dessus pendant quelques heures parce que notre vol ne partait qu'à 21h30. L'appartement est très bien située pour explorer la côte sous le vent de la Basse Terre et le Parc National. Il y a de très belles plages à proximité. Il faut absolument avoir une voiture et ne pas avoir peur de "monter au ciel", la petite route d'access étant très inclinée, mais les routes inclinées sont normales en Basse Terre.

Séjour très agréable sur la côte sous le vent

Nous avons passé une quinzaine très agréable avec nos trois enfants à la villa Canopus. La maison est très agréable et spacieuse. Il ne fait jamais trop chaud car elle est située en hauteur dans une zone bien aérée. De ce fait pas de moustiques... La piscine "privée" est un réel plus, ainsi que le jardin sans vis à vis ni promiscuité. L'accueil de Monsieur et Madame Choucoutou fut très chaleureux. Je recommande cette location.

Relaxing, Beautiful Villa with a Spectacular View

Absolutely loved staying at this Villa in Guadeloupe! The Villa has a spectacular view of the ocean, the mountains and beautiful flowers. The owners greeted us at the villa and checked in with us later in the week. We would definitely stay there again!

Très belle propriété, propre et conviviale. Parfaite pour deux couples. Un peu en retrait. Les hôtes Laurencia et Désir nous ont offert un très bel accueil. Parfait pour un séjour sur la côte des vents.

Vacances de rêve dans un petit coin de paradis...

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à la Villa de Pointe-Noire. L'emplacement est idéal pour parcourir la côte ouest de Basse-Terre. C'est tranquille et l'endroit permet de connaître la Guadeloupe rurale et authentique. Nous étions 5 personnes (3 adultes et 2 enfants) et tout le monde a pu dormir confortablement dans un lit. Grande terrasse vraiment pratique pour prendre les repas. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine. La vue est reposante. C'est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Petit détail intéressant : il y a deux salles de bain complètes et une salle d'eau avec douche. Au total, il y a quatre douches ! La villa était très propre. Les propriétaires ont été discrets, accueillants et fort serviables. Merci à la famille Choucoutou ! Francis B.

Lovely place!

This home was wonderful. We loved the view and the outdoor seating arrangements had such a vacation island feel. The kitchen provided for our needs and had some spices and condiments that are so nice since we cook some when traveling. Very clean. Nice pool.We were very happy to have a king size bed. It was very firm and we like that. Mme and Mssr. Choucoutou were helpful and patient with our lack of French. I will note the hill up to the house require some finesse since it is quite steep and you have to go quickly Up in first gear. My husband didn’t mind but it could be tricky We had a wonderful stay and will hope to come again!!

Very nice property with a fabulous view

We enjoyed a one-week stay at this comfortable villa. The hosts were very accommodating. The outdoor area with dining table and couches was nice. The kitchen was well equipped and the saltwater pool was always inviting. The driveway up to the villa was steep and took a bit of getting used to. The location was good and many good restaurants are nearby.
