Villa is exclusively rented as a single unit which is rare to find in central Dalmatia area, so you will be the only guests in the villa, garden, and pool, ensuring an ideal vacation and relaxation during your stay! Villa consists two seaviuw flats:
- on ground floor we have two units: two bedrooms apartment 65 m2 and smaller one bedroom apartment 35 m2, both with direct entrance to the garden and beach
-on top floor is tree bedrooms apartment with seaviuw terasse 110 m2.

The spaciousness together with floor-to-ceiling windows, that welcome in it's magnificent views of the crystal blue Adriatic Sea, create an accommodation full of light with an atmosphere of calm and ease.

Both floor together have 6 bedrooms and one additional part of living room on groundfloor with two single beds, 3 living rooms with sofas, 3 fully equipped kitchens and 3 dining rooms and 4 bathrooms that are charmingly and modern decorated and lead on the terrace with breathtaking views running along the length of the apartment. It is fitted with all you need.

This beautiful beachfront Villa Maris is situated in Podstrana, just south of Split. It is a popular residential and tourism vacation area with numerous beaches, hotels, private houses and fantastic nature surrounded by the sea and mountains. It offers direct access to one of the best beaches in the Split''s region, as sandy as is possible to find in Croatia.

The outside area of the villa is most definitely the ‘main attraction’.
New glass mosaic pool 3, 5x8 m with heating sistem, electrolisis, infinity edge with seaviuw and beautiful design.
Patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a large area for dining equipped with a BBQ area and outdoore kitchen located at the seeaside of the property . This makes for an ideal entertaining area. In addition there is a two comfy outdoor lounge spot with big outdoore sofa bed close to the pool, outdore shower and Pool area toilette.
Further forward there is a spacious garden where at the end 4 deck beds and a table are positioned to enjoy the best of the sea view.
Only few stairs lead down to the exquisite beach with turquoise water.

Because of its central position, Split / Podstrana is ideal for excursions to surrounding towns and the islands. There is an old part of the village situated in the mountains with a splendid view of the whole area, most worth visiting. The beach is along the coastline 7km, the sea is often calm, clear and most of all children friendly and suitable for swimming. Various activities are available like sailing, water skiing, water-sports, diving, volleyball, tennis, speedboat hiring etc..

The nightlife is in Split, cafes, bars and cultural events in the 1700 year old Roman palace that is now the center of Split.
