"This is our fourth stay and we will always come back. It is our happy place! Superb location, site and swimming pool and simply the best staff. We love the design and architecture and atmosphere - particularly in the bar when there’s a resident pianist. Food and drinks delicious as usual, but a couple of observations. We were surprised that the tea and coffee crockery was quite badly chipped and the handles on the doors leading to the pool definitely need replacing. Our room was very comfortable with excellent air con, but the furniture is starting to look a little tired and the soaps were not refilled. We felt sad as always to leave Ilunion however and will definitely be returning in 2027 for our fifth stay!"

"Air conditioning was slow in the beginning and took like 4-5 hrs to cool down but the receptionist was very kind. She offered to see if any other room was better. Breakfast was very simple. Not much to choose, only bread. Other than that. Very good for the price. Very good people and easy to travel. Very close to bus stop. Would recommend. The room is spacious and has a good kitchen inside."

"Positives: the hotel seems new and the room is very comfortable. The swimming pool in the rooftop is great. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Negatives: they place a Nescafé dolce gusto machine in the room for which they provide only two cups. After that, it's useless as you cannot really use it as a boiler or make any other type of coffee. There was a bit of sounds from other people's bathrooms in the room. The swimming pool area can become crowded at specific times as there is little space."

"Very nice stay. Clean and spacious, however a bit far from city center. Very quiet area and not much around, but generally a nice stay, would be better if public transportation came to the area or if we had a car."

"We just stayed one night . Underground carpark ..well lit .. and luckily not full so we could easily park. Staff were all great . Shops close by had all the bits and pieces we needed. "
