"The staff was fantastic! Although our initial room wasn't clean, the manager quickly upgraded us to a better one. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the free tour was amazing! Out of all the places that we traveled to in Costa Rica, this was the only place that we spotted sloths. 10/10 ☆'s would visit again."

"The property is absolutely gorgeous. There were wonderful views and lots of wildlife. We stayed in a basic room and it was more than adequate. Some of the reception area staff were not nice and gave conflicting information about the free hotel shuttle. Most of the other staff were very nice though.
