Forty Pine Trees is located about 1km from the centre of the village of Platres, near Forest Park Hotel and about 40 minutes' drive from Limassol. A superb location to relax and explore Troodos Maintains with easy access to the ski lifts in the winter or to tour the picturesque wineries and famous monasteries of the region.

Explore the numerous nature trails and visit the Kalidonia and Milomeris Waterfalls, enjoy a fresh trout or souvla in the small traditional taverns, visit Sayous Adventure Park or the Sparti Rope Park suitable for children of all ages. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property, and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
