Cambria Hotel Richardson - Dallas
8/10 Good
"Hotel stay was nice, we had the king suite with the sofa bed and had no issues with the room outside of wishing the bathroom door was a real door and not a sliding piece of glass that you can see through the cracks straight to the mirror if someone is using the bathroom or taking a shower. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast left a lot to be desired - we had vouchers for the breakfast but were still charged 30 dollars for food that was definitely not worth the price. Save your money on the breakfast, honey berry is a two minute walk and has great food. We were charged a hundred dollar hold as well which was not mentioned in the email or in Expedia and was card only, we checked out at 11am this morning and it is not 6:30pm and we havent received the 30$ refund for the breakfast or the 100$ deposit back. Overall stay was great, biggest issue is just the breakfast and financial communication."

"Pool definitely could’ve been cleaner as there was some dog poo in it lol and our shower pressure definitely could’ve been better, but overall, the staff was amazing, our room was clean and nice, breakfast smelt amazing unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy it, but would recommend this place to a lot of people!"
