"Great Hotel with a spa the rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. We visited just before the summer holidays so the hotel was very quiet. The hotel could do with a refurbishment but apart from that we enjoyed our stay."

"Clean rooms, beautiful property, helpful staff and loved the low lighting of the hotel. My only complaint would be the spa circuit. The water needed to be warmer. Not very relaxing in our opinion."

"Stunning setting- absolutely gorgeous hotel. BUT- No air conditioning and our room on the 4th floor was very hot. Restaurant is beautiful but dining experience very disappointing- mediocre, overpriced food and terrible service. Dinner a few miles down the road at the campground was better and 1/2 the price. Would stay again, in cooler weather because of the beautiful surroundings but skip eating here."

"The apartment was amazing. The hosts were amazing and very polite and welcoming. We were very happy to stay in this apartment. Would recommend anyone visiting the Pyrenees to stay here. Village of Plan is beautiful and the drive to this place is stunning"

"Helpful staff, nice room. Pool and hot tub was always too busy, some people just hogged the tub for hours without consideration BUT the pool was a bonus not an essential. "

"We were looking for a place to stay close to Arreau. This place is not. It is, however, in a very beautiful area, very beautiful, small, medieval town. Beware of Google maps though. Google had us in quite the tiny road predicament while only 100m from the hotel. It's a quaint little home with maybe 4 rooms. The closest restaurant was also maybe 10km away in a little hill town with a huge catherderal. "
