"The couch is older than what is pictured on vrbo. The couch sinks in when you sit on it, and it's covered with a cheesy blanket. When we wanted to do laundry, we had a hard time figuring it out. I had to google what DE1 meant. I emailed the host, but never heard back. The bed was comfortable. The stove top worked great. Refrigerator is big. Water pressure in shower was great. "This was a great little place to stay while in town. The beds were comfortable and it had everything I needed. The TV in the living room is a smart TV and is easy to stream from. Location is great and close to everything. Walking distance to 25th St. host is very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!!!"

"Excellent location for our stay to work at the Ice Sheet. Prompt answers to our questions from the host; no fan in the bathroom so it got a bit humid in there but it met our needs (no hairdryer tho) Beds were comfy, and the kitchen well equipped. No oven, but there is a hotplate. A microwave would have been nice to reheat leftovers. All in all it was a great place to stay tho. One block from the bus stop was handy when our schedules weren’t the same."

"Such a fun house for our little family reunion! Fit our 3 families comfortably! Wonderful house and location as well as great communication with the host! Whole house was updated and clean-it was exactly as pictured! The only comment I might have is someday it might be nice to add some playground equipment as there was not much for the little kids to do outside with the nice weather - but that definitely was not a make or break for us with this house! "We booked this property for our 50th Anniversary with our large family. There were a variety of sleeping arrangements that fit our family well. The kitchen was large and well equipped. There are many places for people to gather in groups or find private locations. The management was great to work with. The house and views are beautiful."
