The staff weed is appropriate and was outgoing and friendly. Check-in was straightforward. The area around the hotel was full of restaurants. The room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Could have been cleaner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fan in the pull out bed room was not able to be used as there were no switches or remotes. We initially thought it was broken until we realized it was probably remote controlled. Needs updated. Pull out bedroom was dirty and had cobwebs in the corners. One outlet was not usable as the chargers would just fall right out of them. Overall for an overnight stay, it was not horrible. Breakfast was good and stocked up.

We had a reservation for a suite for 5 of us and we called to let them know that we would be arriving after midnight after a long day of driving. Our check-in was easy, but when we got to our room we saw that there was no bedding for the pull out couch. It took over 20 minutes for the person working the counter to find sheets and a pillow for us. We found a shoe, a water bottle and more clutter under the couch. There was paper in the bathroom wastebasket which made us wonder if the room was cleaned properly. The continental breakfast was OK. We definitely felt we were overcharged for what we got. We will not be back.

Staff was extremely nice. Room was clean. Beds where comfortable. Was able to get a good night's rest. Did have a broken picture still hanging on the wall and a broken lamp shade in the room when we got there but over all a very nice place to stay

The lady at the desk was very helpful but the hotel was dirty .it need a good paint job The room smell like smoke . I said something to the lady and said if I could stand the smell she would switch my room but I didn’t want to bother her .ITS NOT HER FAULT.. I UNDERSTAND ITS A TOP HOTEL BUT I DIDNT ENJOY THE SMELL . The breakfast was was good and the staff was friendly . It says it a smoke free hotel but as soon as I open the door of the room it smell my mother in laws house . Not good

room had a sheet on bed had to ask for a cover they said they didn’t have any i asked for half of my money back and then all of sudden they found a cover that had been soiled with blood or yellow stains all ovet it and brought it to me i will never ever book there again it stinks also the ice machine looked disgusting didn’t even trust the ice !!! the 24 hour coffee offered was good though also the luggage carrier was so nasty !!!? don’t understand that and how!!

Fast and Easy Service

We hit major rain on the way in so we didn’t arrive until after midnight and the service was quick and easy. Which was fantastic since we were so tired bu that point.

Why pay more

The hotel was everything I needed for comfort, safety and convenience while making a family visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Larger refrigerator than I usually get in a hotel room. Breakfast was far better than what I expected.

Would Not Stay Again

The neighborhood was fine. The hotel is old and very outdated. The rooms were not clean and the linens had stains. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. So much so, we had to air out our luggage when we got home. The staff however was very nice. I would not stay again.

I was in town for a wedding and this was the closest place for us to stay. I called and explained we could use extra time to get ready so they made sure our room was clean so we could check in early. Not many places would do that!

Clean but pretty badly worn

Staff was nice. Room seemed clean with the exception of the sofa bed or love seat. Whatever it was it needed to be retired. Older property that had definitely seen its best days
