"Great stay! We stayed on the first floor! We arrived late and the hotel allowed us to check out late the next day. The staff was nice and ready to help. Very personable. This is a great location if you’re visiting San Francisco but don't want to stay in San Francisco. Great price and safe location."

"The only thing I found to eh was the fact there's only one elevator and the fact that parking in under hotel in garage and you pay to park. There are spots in front but they were coned. Forcing you to pay to park. The staff , Sonia was great as well as the young man that works till 11p.m. Would recommend this hotel for sure!"

"We just stayed one night, and we were located on the first floor which sucked in all honesty. We heard people and their footsteps all night. My kids slept fine, and so did my husband. Unfortunately as the mom, I am the light sleeper. Rooms were fine for one night, breakfast was appreciated."

"Love the character of this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicous! The room size and decor was great. The bed was a little firm for me but I managed to sleep very well so it all worked out fine. I would stay here again."
