Everything was perfect and the little extra touches that they did in our room made it evan more perfect. The scenery was out of this world and food was really nice as well. Would definately go back.
Beautiful large room with nice toiletries, a spectacular View of the loch, nice lounge area with open log fires, excellent breakfast……everything was perfect, the only downside was the restaurant prices are very expensive and £4 for a can of irn bru was a bit of a cheek…..but a nice weekend away. We will definitely be back.
Really nice place to stay, accommodation was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Spa and pool was excellent and well maintained. A very scenic location away from the madding crowds. We will be back!
2 nights at this beautiful located hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. Lovely to sip a coffee and look out of the window at the loch and snow topped mountains. Excellent facilities, we enjoyed the heated pool. spa, gym while the weather did it's worst outside. The food available was excellent. Dinner first night in the Estate room which was excellent in every way. A must. Quality food and service. Second day in the Wild Brownie. Again excellent service with good food. Breakfast was also good with endless choice and great service. If you asked the staff you could pretty much get what you wanted the way you wanted it. In fact the staff through out the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Also found one or two lesser known malts in the whisky bar which was a delight. Very knowledgeable young lady serving. Special mention for the lady doing the house keeping, bedroom clean/make up. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. Very helpful, Unfortunately I did not get her name. Maybe next time.
Spent the weekend here for my 60th birthday celebrations. Was fantastic! Staff were well mannered and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The food was prepared to a very high standard, hotel was very clean & the whole weekend was fantastic. Will definitely return.
We loved our stay here, nice country hotel, fabulous food, great room but what really made it special was the staff and their excellent service. Every staff member is friendly, helpfull and polite. A real credit to the hotel.
Fabulous stay - scenery is unbeatable. Service from staff is first class. Food in the à la carte Restaraunt by far the highlight. Good breakfast selection and fresh eggs/porridge made to order. TV system was down, didn’t impact us because of the storm recently. The drive in and out to Pitlochry is like being in a James Bond film.
Our 3 night stay was good , bit of a hiccup with the t.v in the first room but the staff was amazing to sort this out & move us quite quickly. The staff are very friendly, beautiful walks into the village, lovely little place called cornerstone, also staff are lovely & welcoming.
Loved it. Basic but nice spa. The hotel breakfast was great, as was the dinner. The service in all parts of the hotel was excellent. We played squash, used the gym, spa, and games room. The only downside of the games room was that some bits for the games were missing but we had fun nonetheless. The bar had live music on the Friday night and the bar area had board games and chess tables. Beautiful views. Lovely room.
Beautifully clean hotel. Stayed a few times and cleanliness standards are always kept very high. We had a heritage room this time - room was perfect but bathroom was pretty small. Large shower - but from shower glass to wall is the width of a bath mat so if you’re a rather large person you won’t fit. Breakfast was delicious although for a “Scottish” breakfast I would have expected Lorne sausage and sliced haggis. We had dinner in the bar area in the evening and although again, it was delicious there, wasn’t very much choice. We had the balmoral chicken which really wasn’t enough so a choice of extra veg would have been ideal. Overall a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. P.s. staff are wonderful ☺️
Been here a few times.
Really love it
The rooms are great. Very big and well equipped.
Food in restaurant and at breakfast very good.
