"The staff was great but we had to be moved rooms because our first room had a broken window. It was dirty and humid, both rooms seemed like the room hadn’t been cleaned. The second room had broken blinds that were taped together. Not a great an experience."

"So there were good things and bad. The service was amazing. The front counter associates especially John, and the associates in the breakfast area were amazing and super helpful! The views were also amazing. The room and halls need updating. They look very old and you can't even tell if the carpet is dirty because of how dark it is. Chipped paint, some broken furniture. The pool is not heated and apparently while we were there the hot tub really wasn't either. It was pretty like warm. The beds...
