El personal de servicio es muy amable, un gran desayuno a la carta, las habitaciones muy bonitas con un gran baño y con todos los amenities necesario. Me encantó el spa y las dos piscinas que tienen. La ubicación inmejorable a 5 minutos a pie del corazón de Kuta Lombok. La relación precio - calidad es de lo mejor. Definitivamente volvería a este hotel en mi próximo viaje"

"The accommodation and facilities, along with the very helpful staff was excellent. We stayed at the venue for 5 days in total and can honestly say we would stay there again and again. The roon with its private pool and ouside shower / bathroom was exactly as described. There was a wedding next door to the hotel which was an interesting addition, which although loud celebrations, was something we are unlikely to experience again, and we were also welocomed by the locals with open arms. The venue was around a 10 minute scooter ride from Kuta, but this was not an issue for us, and the venue had a shuttle service for guests. Food was excellent, order everything, including room service requirements via WhatsApp and it us done, easy. We were also very close to the Mandalika Race Circuit, where we managed to ride around on our scooter. We could not ask for more, the staff would help you with anything you wanted, even arranging airport transfers and onwards travel."

"This is by far the best property I have ever stayed in. The staff is exceptional. The one thing guests should be aware of is the remoteness to the main road. It is very far off grid and a long drive from the ferry. The food was exceptional and our villa was very quiet and well maintained"

"Very quiet relaxing stay just what we wanted. We went full board the food was great beautifully presented. Great menu choice. Staff were very helpful note they dont speak much English so just used a translated. Hint take a kettle for your room for an easy coffee"

"Hotel Origin was a really great place to stay.We had a couple rooms overlooking the pool which was lovely.The room was spacious and included the shower and toilet.Breakfast is included with a variety of pastries, toast, pancakes,French toast as well as eggs of your choice will be cooked for you.Indonesian food is also available for breakfast such as chicken and rice etc The staff are delightful, so friendly and very accommodating.We would often stop and chat with them during the day .The only negative was after our rooms were cleaned they smelt of body odour which tended to linger ."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Our room was beautiful, the pool was a life saver and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from our room and the restaurant are exactly what the photos show, stunning and beautiful. We enjoyed the food, the massages and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Its a bit of a drive to any of the main shopping areas but very much worth it for the peaceful and private location of this resort. We are already planning a trip back."

"Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Beyond the beautiful setting with lush greenery, what I truly loved was the vision behind this project. It is so inspiring to see a place that is designed to integrate the local community, providing the locals with not just jobs, but a truly beautiful and empowering place to work. You can feel that positive energy in every interaction. The heart of our experience wäre Nuril and Dodri. They took super care of us from the moment we arrived, making us feel completely at home. Our highlights were the lobster catching and cooking class with Catur as well as the massages from Sari were out of this world, we can only recommend the traditional massage. If you want a stay that combines luxury with a meaningful soul and a connection to the local culture, this is it. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!"
