"Beautiful cabin with a spacious living area and nice decor. Good lighting inside and out for security, and comfortable furniture. AsOther mentioned, there is road noise, but we visited when there were no leaves on the trees and that’s kind of the trade off you get when you want something convenient to Boone and App State. Other than a few wear and tear issues, I give it four stars because it lacked the conveniences and attention to detail that makes an experience excellent.For example- a sugar...

"The location was excellent and there was plenty of room for our family. Having a kitchen with appliances helped us save money by allowing us the option to cook meals. Close to the attractions and stores we wanted to visit. We had no problem getting in and out of the driveway. Home appears to be in a closed in neighborhood so there was almost no traffic."

"The property was very adequate for our large family group with lots of room for kids to play. Beds were comfortable and the big dining table was great for family meals. The house needs some maintenance upkeep. Sliding screen door was sitting on the outdoor table. The grill was unusable and the pull out couch was broken. The downstairs shower curtain needs to be replaced. We did enjoy the cool weather of Beech Mountain and the fireworks were amazing."
