VIVALIDAYS GRECO HOUSE has a capacity for 6 people, with a private pool and free WiFi. The house is located in a prestigious urbanisation in Maresme, Pinemar, one of the best in Pineda de Mar. The house is situated in the middle of the plot, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a pool that can be accessed from any point on the ground floor. Quiet and sunny, it makes it perfect for resting, sunbathing or simply cooling off on warm summer days. The layout of the house is as follows:
From the main door, we access the ground floor where you will find:
- Spacious living-dining room
- Kitchen integrated into the living-dining room. It has everything essential to enjoy a few days of holiday, glasses, plates, pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. It also has the latest range of appliances. This space occupies the heart of the home, to its right you will find a large window that will lead to an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, and on the left you can access the pool.

The bedrooms are distributed as follows:

Pool and barbecue.
From this distributor, we access the second floor via stairs, where you will find an open space with 2 single beds, 1 sofa, television and a large terrace-solarium with a pergola to enjoy outdoors.
The house does not have air conditioning, but opening the terrace doors, a small sea breeze blows. In addition, each room has a fan.
You can park your car just in front of the house without any problem. Greco House is just 10 minutes from the centre and 15 minutes from Pineda de Mar beach. A wide beach with white sand, which makes it your ideal house for an excellent holiday.
The house is close to many services, such as a Carrefour supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and a wide variety of shops.
In Pineda de Mar, you will find good restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. Pineda de Mar is a very quiet and family-friendly town with parks for children and a beautiful seafront promenade ideal for walking day and night. The wide variety of activities for the whole family, from mountain excursions, horse rides, bicycle rental, Kayaks in July and August and much more, make it the ideal house for an excellent holiday.
The house is perfectly connected by bus and train. With trains to Barcelona - Girona and airport every 30 minutes. Access from Maresme motorway C32 exit Pineda de Mar 1 Km; train 1.5 km. Barcelona and Girona airports 35 Km.
I recommend going to Pura Brasa Restaurant, which is just 3 minutes walking from your house, a delight for the palate.
The property is totally available to the guest. In it, you will find a small guide with all the information about the house and the town, where to buy, supermarkets, banks, transport... as well as all the tourist information of the region.
Use of the Barbecue:
The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to fire risk.
- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.
People on the property: · The house is rented in full for exclusive use by guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.
Key collection is done at our office from 16:00 to 19:00

Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, for reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.
Late and early arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Not showing up on the check-in day, no refund of the booking will be made.
· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1 per night/person over 16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
The house must be properly tidied, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in street containers before check-out, otherwise a €100 fee will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new key set.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or in the main door lock requiring locksmith opening: Price according to locksmith rate, to be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests accept to respect property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.
· Pets accepted upon request with an extra cost of €6 per day. For bookings over 7 nights, the price is €42 per stay.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed in the property.
· If there are neighbour complaints or police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Lighting candles or any other objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling is prohibited.
· Beach towels are not provided.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
· Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or any loss during the stay.
