"When we opened up the sofa bed it has big stains on it. Then I took out the extra sheets from the bag and they also had stains on it. Kids were already so tired and cranky and I didn't want them to see and feel uncomfortable about it so we didn't call the front desk. Once we went to the the pool my husband saw an employee and wanted to ask some basic questions like where is the bathroom/shower where to pick up the towels but he didn't give clear answers as he kept walking mid conversation. They were helpful and we were able to have an early check in and kids had a lot of fun in the pool but I am not sure if we will ever go back."
