Staff was great! Due to us having to check out early the complaints that we have are: the sink had a slow drain and kept stopping up, the heat would not get regulated, and the knob for the tub came off. We have pics for review.

The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable - I slept well. The room had a mini frig which came in handy. The only thing I will say that was a little odd was the placement of the TV. The way it was mounted made it a little difficult to angle it for viewing from the bed. I did not indulge in many of the amenities - breakfast, pool, exercise room, etc., so I can't comment on those. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The whole property is well maintained. Upon first arrival, I noticed the flower beds, and plants are looked after. There was no trash. I was quite impressed. I have been to Gainesville, Texas many times where my father lives. The grounds of several hotels are not maintained and that reflects on how the inside is kept. The Pine Bluff location is great. I can tell there is nice, new carpet and and extra effort to present a welcoming atmosphere. I am a consultant for fine detail, so those things jump out to me. I am also the chairperson for a Hospitality group that plans and puts on events. A well maintained property makes a big impact.

The pool was excellent size for teens and adults. Breakfast was nice and organized. House keepers were amazing. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room size was very spacious and affordable.

Well the only major complaint, is the hotel hallways have a funny smell. Room was good, no smell and clean. The front desk person was very helpful, and the breakfast was, well typical and fine.

Location, general cleanliness, and quality of the breakfast were all what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. What set this particular location apart from 95% of the hotels I stay in was the friendliness of the staff.
