"Property is in ZTL Zone. Ela was very friendy and helpful. We had the Delure room which is very roomy and with 4m ceiling. U can walk everywhere from there. Room was cleaned and mordern. The entrance was a bit unique, it resemble warehouse. Interesting little hotel."

"Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. "Super well redeveloped historical building into a gorgeous boutique hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, always smiling and always offering help. Claudio even curated a travel map for us. "This hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk to Il Campo but is also in a quiet area with less touristy restaurants. Our room was quiet and very clean. Check in was with a room code. Very easy. It is about a 30-35 minute walk from train station to hotel which can be a bit tiring with some mild inclines. "
