"This is a motel along the route between Sacramento and Reno. A motel means the room’s front door is open to the outdoor. It has two levels. The room is reasonably large. The sink is outside the bathroom. The room has individually controlled a/c and heating unit. I did notice that the courtyard light is quite bright and the room curtains don’t block all the light, keep that in mind. The property offers WiFi. I didn’t need to use it because the cellular reception is good. The location is by the interstate - that didn’t bother me at night. Of the three buildings, two of them are more setback from the freeway. The front desk area provides a free breakfast with many food choices in the morning, they keep the property and room very clean, and both hot tub and swimming pool outdoors are available."

"I had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around Sacramento and the Cal Expo area. The room was spacious, well maintained, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. Customer service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and inviting. I also appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to nearby restaurants, attractions, and major roadways. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Courtyard Sacramento Cal Expo and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sacramento for business, an event at Cal Expo, or a weekend getaway."
