"The first room we were given was not clean at all. The room had a strong musty smell, and there was dirt and dust built up in the corners. There was mold forming around the wall-mounted A/C unit, which was very concerning. The couch was dirty and had visible stains, and the bathroom was no better. "The property was updated, very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Rooms were clean, beds are a bit firm, but the rooms were mostly updated with newer decor. I love that our room had a peek-a-boo view of the lake behind it. The only complaint we had was that we asked for a room “refresh” (not a full clean) while we went out for the day and when we came back, the rooms had not been refreshed at all. No trashes emptied or towels given, so I had to empty our trashes since there’s no maid on...
