Une pension familiale adorable, super propre, les propriétaires attentionnés qui nous font sentir chez nous. Le dîner était parfait aussi avec une cuisine simple et goutue. A l'abri du tourisme de masse des cinque terre, cette pension est lieu parfait !

Hôtel accueillant, en campagne.

Idéalement placé pour visiter le parc naturel des cinq terres. Marco est de très bon conseils. Les chambres simples sont accueillanttes, propreté irréprochable. Le restaurant est très bon pour un prix très raisonnable. Le cadre est très beau et propre. Un moyen de transport est obligatoire. Notre séjour a tenu ses promesses. Merci à Marco et à ses parents.

nous avons passés une nuit dans cet hôtel tout simple, le cadre est merveilleux retiré du bruit, les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et sympathiques, ils nous conseille avec plaisir des cites à visiter et autres, Nous avons passés un moment agréable!!! (propre, bien entretenu et bien fleuri) excellentes figues cueillies a l'arbre pour le p.-déj.

Friendly inn with sleep deprived by church bells

Nice inn in bucolic rural agriculture setting. Friendly family staff. Wonderful dinners. Standard Italian breakfast with coffee and breads, pastries, no fruit or eggs or meats or cheeses. Two things very wrong: - ringing if church belts from 1 am to 6 pm at least twice per hour and one set of 30 (thirty!!) rings at 0600 am on our second day. -crowing of at least four roosters from 3am onwards. Result: complete sleep deprivation. We understand it is not possible to stop the the roosters. And the priest, according to the Locanda will not stop ringing the bells even though he has been requested to do so. No wi-Fi.

Wonderful hotel!! It was a great way to see Cinque Terre without all of the tourists. We enjoyed the beautiful setting, wonderful people including our hosts and their son. The homemade pasta was one of the best meals I have had in Italy. If you really want to have a great Italian experience, we highly recommend this hotel.

Et meget roligt - nærmest kedeligt - område med en ganske sød, men meget lille landsby. Hotellet var nærmere som B&B-ophold. Det var OK men de kunne overhovedet ikke lave mad. Jeg kan ikke huske, at jeg nogensinde før har fået så tørt og kedeligt brød som til morgenmaden her! Samlede opfattelse af hotellet er at det var for dyrt i forhold til hvad vi fik.

This is a very interesting area and we found it a convenient drive to the Cinque Terre. The service was excellent and though the rooms were modest, they had all the necessary facilities. we would recommend others to stay here, it was a great experience

Accueil agréable dans une propriété très bien entretenue et fleurie, située en pleine nature, un peu à l'écart d'un tout petit village, à une vingtaine de minutes de Monterosso. Chambres très propres, bien équipées et calmes. Propriétaires charmants, de bon conseil et prêts à rendre service. Possibilité de prendre ses repas sur place.

Accueil impeccable

Un peu à l'écart des sentiers de randonnées des Cinque Terre, ce qui nécessite une voiture ; mais quel calme quand on rentre de rando - a l'abri de la foule. Repas simples , de qualité. Hôteliers très sympathiques, disponibles pour toute information. (Le fils parle français et donne de bons conseils sur le Parc des Cinque Terre). Je recommande cette étape pour un séjour dans le secteur (rando ou tourisme)

Enjoy staying in Locanda da Marco

Happy experience stay in Macro's house. Macro speak Italian and French mainly but his son can speak fluent English. They are family run hotel and restaurant. Friendly family. My room is big and clean. Bed is comfortable. They have a beautiful garden plant many fruit tree and veg. I feeling so relax staying in there. I really would like to extend my stay however my trip schedule was quite tight. I'm also impress by the friendly people from near village. My GPS not able to show me exactly location of Macro's house and I asked 4 persons from the village they are all pro-actively provide assist. Recommend stay in Locanda da Marco.

Magnifique Cinque Terre

La Locanda da Marco est l'idéale pour un séjour dans les Cinque Terre. Très tranquille l'hôtel est situé dans un petit village à 20 min de Monterosso en voiture (il faut en avoir une). Hôtel très propre, les propriétaires, Marco et ses parents, sont d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité incroyable, ils vous donneront les renseignements requis pour votre journée dans la région, n'hésitez pas à demander les meilleurs restaurant à Marco. Le soir, après une journée bien remplie de soleil, rien de mieux qu'un bon souper à la Locanda, une belle véranda vous attends avec des plats concoctés par la mamma. Pour les visites, aller à Monterosso en voiture (20 min), prendre le train et faire le tour des villages à partir du sud: RioM, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, Monterosso. Pour Porto Venere, vaut mieux y aller en voiture (le bateau bien trop dispendieu). Si après votre séjour, vous partez vers le nord, faites une visite à Portofino.

Lovely Staff

The hotel is located about 20 minutes by car from Monterosso, which is much more convenient than staying there and paying through the nose for parking. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. We had our 16 month old with us and they provided extra food and milk for him. I would recommend staying here if you have a car and want to avoid the high prices and busyness of the Cinque Terre.
