"For the cost there is work to do. Accommodations were comfortable but didn’t get the room we booked originally. Food was hit and miss. Service was hit and miss. Location was fine. Facilities were not well maintained, often missing toilet paper and hand towels, garbage on the beach, corridors not cleaned regularly. Couldn’t get a straight answer from staff that was correct. Loungers needed repairs and maintenance. Pools needed more regular cleaning. Lunch at food truck is best option. "

"Overall we had a really nice stay at Zoëtry! The facilities are really nice, especially the pool and our room. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall, the atmosphere was very charming and relaxing. Cons were that the food wasn’t very good, except at the steakhouse where you had to pay extra outside of the all-inclusive, and the beach they use is open to the public, so it’s just not quite as peaceful compared to a private beach. "Everything was nice and clean and pretty new looking. That being said, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 just because of some small things that seem unfinished around the room we had. Like they were very new and didn't have enough silverware or plates, cups and glasses. We had enough as it was only 2 of us, but if you had more, you would have been short. And things like the light switches need to be finished in. The tap water was safe to drink but often got cloudy so you would have to wait for...

"Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. "
