The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"J’avais réservé cet hôtel principalement parce qu’il y avait une piscine. En plein été, avec les fortes chaleurs, c’était un critère essentiel pour moi. En arrivant, on nous annonce que la piscine est fermée, soi-disant parce que son entretien coûte trop cher. Dans ce cas, il ne faudrait pas l’afficher comme un service disponible lors de la réservation. C’est vraiment décevant et trompeur.
