Es una propiedad muy fría que tiene muebles de mala calidad bastante destartalados, los típicos que se utilizaban para pisos de estudiantes de hace 15 o 20 años y que ya se han quedado viejos. La cocina estaba algo sucia, especialmente las pareces cerca de la hornilla, y con la fregona y la escoba en medio.
