Elegant apartment in the heart of the historic center a step away from the sea.

"Très bon séjour, appartement propre et idéalement situéNous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement à Alghero. L’appartement est très propre, moderne et tout est récent. Il est également très calme malgré sa situation en plein hyper-centre, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.L’emplacement est excellent : de nombreuses commodités, restaurants et commerces sont accessibles à pied. Notre correspondant a également été très à l’écoute, disponible et réactif en cas de besoin, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, notamment pour un séjour en famille de quatre personnes.Le principal point négatif concerne l’accès à l’appartement, avec beaucoup de marches dès l’arrivée, ce qui peut être assez contraignant lorsque l’on a plusieurs valises ou des bagages lourds. Il faut également savoir qu’il n’y a pas de stationnement avec le logement. En plein mois d’août à Alghero, il est particulièrement difficile de trouver une place, et cela peut devenir un véritable sujet lorsqu’on est chargé.Malgré cela, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement, notamment pour sa propreté, son calme, sa localisation exceptionnelle et la disponibilité de notre correspondant."

"On the positive, It was pet friendly. The pool was big with many transats around. The set up of the rooms around the pool makes it noisy for a siesta or for sleeping early morning because they vacuum the swimming pool early in the morning. As for the room, the floors were not cleaned for the long of our stay. The shower head was broken and kept on falling."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better location in Alghero’s historic old town. Situated right in the heart of the center, this beautiful apartment had everything we needed. It offered the perfect balance: a vibrant street close to all the action, yet pleasantly peaceful. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of four to stay comfortably. It is charmingly decorated and equipped with every amenity. Being just a couple of minutes' walk from the main bus hub made exploring the amazing beaches up and down the coast completely hassle-free. It’s also just a short stroll to the harbour for boat trips, including a visit to the incredible, underrated Neptune's Grotto—a absolute must-see! We didn’t need to hire a car, though there is plenty of parking nearby if you do. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed well before we even arrived, answering practical questions and offering great local advice (most of which we followed!). Upon arrival, she gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had all the insider tips to get the most out of our stay. She was also exceptionally accommodating with our early check-out on the final day. We had the most amazing week. There was nowhere we would rather have stayed - thank you. Highly recommended!"

"We had a lovely stay at the Francesco Heritage Hotel. The staff were very helpful and obliging unfortunately we did not get the room that was showing on the website even though I did check before arriving and the room we were given was not finished as there was a lot of tiling grouting and sealant that needed snagging. We did not have a mini bar to start with, but that was delivered after the first three days and there was no table or chair which was a bit inconvenient but otherwise the room was nice. Great location in the wonderful old town of Alghero."
