"I stayed twice in the course of 3 weeks at the Kapok hotel. Loved it so much we had to come back. It's a beautiful property with nice rooms and a great pool. Amazing restaurants. And the staff were so friendly - especially at the front desk and at breakfast. The area is safe with tons of shopping and dining options. Very walkable and right near Queens Park Savannah and the Botanical Gardens. I will definitely be back."

The free shuttle is a huge plus alongside the checkout time. Kudos for anticipating needs. The team at the airport who called the shuttle were also a credit to the tourism product. "
