"Amenities are all good. Very welcome staff at the reception. However, the housekeepers seem to not know that cleaning should be done daily, except otherwise wanted from the guest to skip. "

"I'd give 4 stars out of 5 for cleanliness of the room. I could see dust on counter surfaces, dirty spots on the floor, stains on corners of bedsheet... I may be too picky, but I've seen worse and better. For a 5-stars, highly rated hotel, cleanliness in the room that I stayed is subpar.
Staff is always helpful and courteous. I've stayed at this hotel several times and have always experienced the pleasant service the staff provided."
