FOUNDRE Phoenix

Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown
"Excellent location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was slow to check us in. There were 3 people helping one family while we waited. Valet was understaffed during checkout. We waited 20 minutes for our car."

Studio 51 Extended Stay Hotel

Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown
"Room was spacious and clean. Bar is beer and wine only. $50 + for parking is a bit extreme when you are already paying for your room."

Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix Cityscape by IHG
"Everything was on point here with one major issue. There is a rooftop bar on the 2nd floor that sends shockwaves through the rooms above it. This goes on until midnight so if you’re coming in for a good night’s rest, don’t stay on that side of the hotel."

"Everything is so clean and well maintained. Thank you to Dennis for a friendly checkin. Pool is just what I needed in 46°c heat"
