Smoking Policy: All types of smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited inside the home. A $300 fee plus the full cost of deep cleaning will be charged to restore the property to a smoke-free condition.
Gatherings Policy: No parties or large gatherings are allowed. A maximum of 6 people is permitted in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.
Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 7 AM, please respect our neighbors and community by avoiding loud noises and using loudspeakers.
Trash Disposal: Keep trash in the designated bins. If they are full, please use the dumpsters located in the parking area.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the home. No exceptions can be made. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of pets is found without prior permission.
Damage Reporting: Report all damage, regardless of nature or extent. Reimbursement may be requested depending on the item and extent of damage.
Check-Out Time: Adhering to the check-out time is crucial. Failure to do so may result in additional fees as it disrupts arrangements for the next guest.
Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply is provided. Note that no detergent is provided.
GATEWISE APP:
You have already been sent a text message with a link to log in using the number registered with your account. If you arrive between 9 AM and 5 PM, you can go to the office, and they will help you log in to the Gatewise App and guide you on how to use it. If you arrive after office hours, we will assist you with access to the Gatewise App.
ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals booking the accommodation.
Additional Pet Policy: If you are bringing a pet, please note there is a fee of $125 per pet. An additional charge of $125 applies for a second pet. We require a photo of your pet and their vet records. Only dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.
Extra Linens: Extra linens are provided only when requested before arrival. There are no extra linens for the couch unless the booking is for over 4 guests.
