Practice, Play, and Stay at Saguaro Point

Summary:

Perched atop its own mountain on 10+ gated acres in North Scottsdale, Saguaro Point is not just a home—it’s a destination. Designed for the golf-obsessed and luxury-minded traveler, this estate delivers a once-in-a-lifetime experience where championship-level golf meets five-star resort living.

The Space:

Start your mornings with panoramic views of Pinnacle Peak, Four Peaks, Troon Mountain, and the Superstitions—all visible from nearly every room. Then tee off from one of 6 custom tee boxes, playing your way through a private 18-hole experience built right into the hillside. With 4 unique green complexes and multiple pin placements, this isn’t your average backyard putting green—it’s a full-blown 25,000 sq ft golf facility, and it’s all yours.

Night falls? Flip on the lights at the 4,000 sq ft putting green just outside the main home and sink putts under the stars, cocktail in hand. And when you're ready for tech-driven precision, step inside to the Full Swing Pro Golf Simulator, the same one used by the pros.

Inside, the estate spans over 9,000 square feet, with 8 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and room for up to 16 guests. Two full kitchens, expansive common areas, and massive windows bring the outdoors in, while high-end finishes—natural stone, custom maple and redwood millwork, Viking appliances—remind you this is no ordinary rental.

The master suite is a retreat all its own, featuring a spa-style soaking tub, wet sauna, fireplace, and glass walls framing the sweeping views. The attached guest quarters include a full kitchen, private bedroom and bath, and an extended balcony for added privacy and space.

Outside, enjoy:

- A pebble-tec pool and spa

- Built-in BBQ and fire features

- Multiple balconies and outdoor dining areas

- Three luxury golf carts to cruise the grounds and explore the terrain (with a nearly 100-foot drop in elevation from tee to green)

And when it’s time to shift gears, the garage has been converted into a full game room—complete with a bar, pool table, TV lounge, and private bathroom.

From corporate retreats to milestone birthdays to guys’ golf trips, Saguaro Point delivers the perfect mix of privacy, play, and polish. There is no other home like it in Arizona—and maybe not in the country.
