Love this place! There is plenty of space and room to sleep. Full kitchen to prepare meals. The host was welcoming and accommodating in anything we needed- even greeting us in a monsoonal rain with umbrellas! Close to town and grocery store is right down the street. The views were amazing! We loved to sit outside and drink our coffee in the mornings and watch the wildlife. Would definitely return! Thank you!!

This is the best place we have stayed. Host Brashir was the best and very helpful and friendly.it was great to get to know him. Unit was perfect and the surrounding desert was amazing. Pool is right out our door and so inviting. We will return next year. Even though Phoenix was hot, Carefree is 1000’ higher so it is always 10 degrees cooler. Highly recommended.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay here, It was the perfect location for us to travel to Sedona and Phoenix. The property owner Bashir greeted us when we arrived and gave us a walk around of the area. The property was very nice, relaxing and had everything we could ask for. We found some great hiking trails and shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back to stay again.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Walkable Carefree Casita and were happy we did. Bashir & Maria are excellent hosts both kind and considerate of any need. We would highly recommend this area if you want a quieter and scenic location but still close to Scottsdale and Phoenix area. This was our first visit to the Carefree, AZ area but will not be our last. The option to rent both Casita's if traveling with family or friends is an added benefit. The pool is beautiful, relaxing and just as the photos show.

Property needs a deep cleaning. Kitchen utensils were cheap and poor. Furniture is stained. Vacuum cleaner broken. Dishwasher broken and had to be replaced. Dishes and glassware was therefore not very clean. Great location. With a little money and cleaning it could be much nicer.

Loved the space. The outdoors area keep us occupied all day! High end bbq for cooking at night and Bashir was amazing providing tips for the area , assistance as needed and good conversation ! Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing time

The Casita was lovely and everything we needed was there for us. Bashir exceeded our expectations as a host. He would text to make sure we were comfortable and made sure we never lacked any supplies. Carefree/Cavecreek is a lovely area and although the weather was not perfect, we enjoyed taking in the sites. The restaurants in the area were great, we checked out several of them. Bashir gave us good recommendations and there is a great Welcome notebook full of useful information. We hope to come back again.
