Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. This suite has been remodeled to include beautiful upgraded furniture, tile, cabinets, and more! Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).
Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

Beautiful place

We really loved our stay here. The place is really convenient and enjoyed all the amenities such as the pool and hot tub, the backyard games and access to the greenbelt. The unit was nicley decorated and comfortable. The only cons were no coffee filters (kind of a waste to buy a package and only use a couple), the smoking area had no ash trays.

Beautiful landscaping

The grounds around the complex are really beautifully maintained with lots of gorgeous large pots full of colorful flowers. At first glance our unit appeared to be clean, but then I noticed a clump of hair behind the bathroom door and the previous tenants leftover bar soap stuck to the side of the tub. When I tried to remove it I could feel an accumulation of soap scum. Wondering if the tub was cleaned? Also, the stove top was pretty greasy. The listing said it had a view of the pool, and it did, if you stood by the front door. The actual balcony faced the street. Disappointing.

Nice stay at Park Suites

Super location and nice and clean although it is an older property. People very friendly. Only comment is that for older people like us the stair situation to the second level is quite dangerous especially the top step. We had everything needed and were able to find our way around from there easily.

Incredibly Convenient and fabulous!

I recently stayed for two months at this property and was amazed at how fabulous the entire staff, the apartment itself, and the area it’s located in. Could not be more pleased with the cleanliness of the room along with all the amenities that were provided, I had everything I could possibly need to cook, to clean, and to have a great experience! My son is 8 and he had so much fun with the connect four game, ability to golf, be in a sparkling heated pool, and have other games to play everyday that were in great condition!I was so impressed with the entire location that I plan on staying in the future. I had no issues with the staff they were very accommodating and pleasant to interact with and they definitely provided the best customer service I’ve had this year by far. You won’t be disappointed at all booking here with so much to do literally in the back of the building is a park with unlimited things to explore. Definitely what I call a Gem property!

Clean penthouse in a great location

The property is lovely with a nice lawn area in the middle of the property. Pool & hot tub looked inviting but it happened to rain alot while we were there (flash flood warnings!). It is quiet and was safe. The apartment itself had everything needed for cooking, was clean, TV channels good, wifi, and close to neat parts of town, groceries, Scottsdale Stadium and restaurants. We sadly left early because of Coronavirus recommendations - we were afraid we might not get a flight home. If we go back next year for Spring Training, we will look into this property again - and bring family.

Enjoyed my stay!

Was at the Park Suites for a week. As other reviews say - staff are great - they truly are there to help. Condos are clean and the complex is well kept. Nice quiet place that backs a park. I really like the location - close to golf centers. The suites do not have high end anything, but are clean and comfortable. Wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.
