This expansive Paradise Valley estate is the perfect setting for large groups, family reunions, executive retreats, or multi-generational vacations. Featuring 11 bedrooms and 8 full baths and 2 half baths across a spacious, resort-style layout, the home offers both privacy and comfort in one of Arizona's most prestigious neighborhoods.

The highlight is the resort-style backyard with an oversized heated pool, built-in swim-up bar, in-pool grill station, and sunken outdoor kitchen with shaded dining and bar seating. Guests can gather around the outdoor fireplace or relax by one of two fire pits surrounded by lush landscaping and tranquil courtyards.

Inside, guests enjoy two spacious primary suites with spa-style bathrooms and private balconies, a hidden game room, a family-friendly bunk room, and a detached guest casita complete with full kitchen, living room, and private entrance. Smart TVs, luxury linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and designer finishes are featured throughout the home.

Centrally located just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Biltmore, world-class golf courses, hiking trails, spas, and fine dining. Convenient access to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix.

We stayed at an 11-bedroom home in Scottsdale managed by Parsons Villas, and it was an amazing experience. The backyard and pool area were definitely the highlight — perfect for hanging out and relaxing. The house is very well equipped with everything you need, plus a lot of nice extras for large groups.There are tons of bathrooms, and plenty of entertainment options throughout. One note: the game room area counts as a bedroom but has several beds grouped together, and one of the bedrooms requires passing through another, so they’re somewhat combined. The listing wasn’t entirely clear about that, but it didn’t take away from the overall stay.All in all, this property is fantastic for big groups, with lots of space, amenities, and a great setup. Highly recommend!

I booked PV for a corporate retreat due to the great location, amenities, space, and price. Before arrival, the host was extremely hard to get in contact with and quite rude when answering the phone and questions we had regarding the amenities, set up, etc. The property itself was gorgeous and matched it's description. The only issues we had were several cockroaches and beetles getting in the facility, and uneven air distribution throughout the villa (some bedrooms were freezing cold and others never cooled down). Overall recommend the villa itself, but the property manager needs better hospitality / customer service training.

Great for families!

Great home for multiple families getting together! The kitchen was very well stocked and each bedroom having their own en-suite was fantastic! The outside space and pool were lovely with an outdoor grill that worked great! With the number of people we had, additional pool towels would have been nice. My only complaint was that while the tenant book advertised we could set the thermostat down to 70, it was locked and set at 74. We reached out to the management company and they dropped it to 72 stil 2 degrees above what was advertised. It would have been nice to be able to have cooler temps for bedtime.

Great house for our golf trip

We had a wonderful time at Parsons Villas during our golf trip. The home was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the home’s ample gathering spaces. We will definitely look to stay again in the future.

Little castle in Arizona

The home was clean, management was very communicative. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Although, the process ahead of check in is the most cumbersome I've ever seen in all the homes I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a LOT. I'm also not a huge fan of the check out responsibilities when renting a home of this caliber which such a high cleaning fee. Finally, the home is a bit tired and old.

Nice but not blown away

10 adults stayed for a weekend getaway. The home was selected so we could each have our own bedroom, proximity to good food & drink, and the homes amenities.The Good:Home was clean and bedrooms were comfortableAmenities as advertised - large clean pool & spa and lots of outdoor features to enjoyOutstanding location close to great restaurants and bars as well as reasonable drive to golf & casinoThe Average:Kitchen wares understocked for a house that sleeps 30The Bad:House is in serious need of cosmetic upgrades. Most of the finishes are very worn from repeated large groupsWe were a low key group, but the neighbor (who doesn't like the fact the property is a rental) called police at 7 PM for noise complaint. Police are so accustomed to the issue they have a sound meter to check decibel levels. We were well below the max level and the police apologized saying we were well within acceptable level. To credit the home owner, they have posted signs throughout the property stating the noise restrictions after 9 PM. The problem lies in the neighborhood. It's very affluent and none appear to be rentals. So the house stands out and I completely understand why this otherwise peaceful residential area doesn't appreciate large and loud parties every weekend. Not an issue for our group, but be aware if you think this house is a place to host your all nighter.Summary:We enjoyed the home but expected a bit more luxury for the price

Family weekend

The property grounds (outside) were really great - great pool and a lot of fun things for kids. The layout of the property was nice in that there were many rooms and beds that were private so different familes could have some space. However, the layout of the kitchen was poor and had substantial wear and tear (one of the kitchen drawers fell off for example). Additionally the property manager was not responsive at all. As in literally didn't respond to my messages so I have no idea what they are like.

Awesome House!

The house was great, everyone in the group loved it. The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were clean and nice, they provided toiletries in the bathrooms as well. Great experience all around!

Beautiful and spacious

The house was generally very clean and nice. Very large and accommodating. There were several broken bathroom fixtures however that were either laying on the counters or about to fall out of the wall. I tried to send a text to the property manager about this to confirm it was not us when we first got there, but received no reply. The kitchen also was barely equipped with any pots or pans to cook with.

Great stay for our annual golf trip

About 20 of us stayed at the house and we had a great time. The yard was beautiful and the pool was great. There was plenty of space though there were fewer showers than expected and the house interior did feel a bit dated. It was close to several golf courses which made things simple. I would happily stay there again.

Huge Beautiful Home For My Family

The property is awesome. Large enough for a large family. Great neighborhood and location, close to everything we wanted to do in the area! House was very nice and laid out perfectly. Backyard, pool, and cabana were cool! We had a great time and are sure you will also!

Spacious home for a big group, but a few issues

Beautiful home. Very spacious, with spread out large bedrooms. The cleanliness could have been a little better. Felt like it was cleaned after the last group, that was possibly a while ago, and hadn’t been freshened up. There was a lack of toilet paper and bath towels. The pool had been treated with a chemical the day we arrived that caused hair, play toys, and swimsuits to turn very green. Was a big problem.

Fun in the Sun

We rented the house with a group of friends for my wife’s 40th birthday. The temps were hot so the pool was a life saver. The pool and house set up are amazing. Great for a large group!
