The staff and amenities are out of this world! I was here for a single night and the staff were amazing. The room was spotless! I had an issue with the window not closing and they had it fixed by the time I came back from dinner. After I checked out they still held the same courtesy and care they gave me while I was staying with them. I am someone in the service industry and the service was phenomenal. Worth every cent!

My room was very clean and spotless, which is what I love about staying at the W. Staff were also friendly and nice. On Saturday 2/14/2026 I did have to leave my room due to loud banging which sounds like construction over top of my room. I was displeased with that and a lil terrified. I wanted to rest but instead I requested my vehicle and took a drive.

Absolutely perfect stay. One of the best massages at the spa. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was so helpful, great customer care. You can valet your car and walk to shops, restaurants, or site seeing. Only 12 min drive to the stadium. We stayed in room 4320, very clean, amazing view.
