A big event was happening but the staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The hot tub was very relaxing. There was a banana tree next to it which gave a pleasant view along with the palm trees. Our first room the ac went out then when my family and i went to enjoy the pool the staff told them it was 25$ per person if that’s the case it’s best to go to a actual water park. The front desk were very rude and kept bothering and pestering me for my baby to have swim diapers after i showed them multiple times that he had it on already "

El hotel estaba lleno y no me admitieron, ellos cancelaron la reserva. Tuve que viajar con mi esposa 30 minutos hasta Harlingen, Tx, para poder hospedarme.
